Work Experience                 : Fresher

Eligibility                             : 2017/2016 batch of DIPLOMA (ECE, EE, Mechanical, Automobile, instrumentation, Production)

: Students with one or two (max.) backlog can also be called for interview.

Company Condition:

1. For IJL, Student should not belong to Rewari, Mahendergarh , Gurgaon . 
2. Salary by IJL – Approx 11000 Rs. + 700 rs (attendance reward) + Rs 2000 increment every year ( Subsidised canteen , Uniform ,Transportation free )
3.  Training will be under NEEM scheme under Ministry of HRD. Students training period will be of 3 years. After 3 years company might put them on permanent roll or may laid them off. They will get the training certificate from AICTE after successful training.
